Unsubscribe requests are either processed on an advertiser-specific basis or on a list-specific basis depending on the election that you make when utilizing the unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from one list managed by us will not remove you from all lists managed by us. Unsubscribing from one advertiser will not prevent you from receiving sms from other advertisers.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

We are fully compliant with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (the "CAN-SPAM Act"). We are not responsible for any sms communications that you may receive from third-parties.

Group Aggregate Data

We reserve the right to provide aggregate or group data about our users for lawful purposes.
